OxAlpha.chat exists to do one thing well: cover the Ox Alpha stealth model — and the wider phenomenon of anonymous stealth models on OpenRouter — accurately, quickly, and without hype.
Why this site
When a stealth model appears, the first days are full of guesses, screenshots, and confident claims about who built it. Most of that is unverifiable. We wanted a place that separates what is confirmed (the listing, the pricing, the capabilities) from what is reported by third parties (fingerprinting, informal benchmarks), and that says plainly when something is unknown.
What you will find here
- A free browser chat for Ox Alpha that uses your own OpenRouter key and never sees your data.
- A live tracker of stealth models on OpenRouter and the full history of reveals.
- Plain-language guides: how to use it free, who might have made it, and what the benchmarks do and don’t show.
- News when something actually changes — a reveal, a price change, a delisting.
Our rules
- We verify pricing and availability against OpenRouter’s public listing before publishing and re-check automatically twice a day.
- Identity speculation is always attributed and labelled. Never stated as fact.
- We do not accept payment from model developers or OpenRouter, and we are not affiliated with them.
- We correct errors visibly and date our updates.
After the reveal
Stealth models are short-lived by design. When Ox Alpha is revealed, this site will keep covering it under its official name and will continue tracking every future stealth model on OpenRouter.
